"The Departments are the operational sectors of the Federation. [...] The Council is responsible for their work, and designates the Secretaries and the Committee members in charge of each Department" (Statute, art. 25).

The FCEI currently has the following Departments:

The Department of Education and Training (SIE);

The Department of Migrants and Refugees (SRM);

The Department of Communication - Press, Radio and TV (SSRTV).
