The FCEI's governing bodies are the General Assembly , which is held every three years; the Council , which is composed of seven members and serves as the executive committee; the General Committee, which monitors the work of the FCEI when the Assembly is not meeting; the President, who supervises and co-ordinates the activities of the FCEI offices in co-operation with the General Secretary, and cannot be elected for more than two consecutive terms.
